1. Program. "M&A Industrial Construction work notices" sends job, schedule, reminder, sign-in-link and alert text messages to M&A employees, crew members and staff who opt in, and one-time sign-in codes (see "Sign-in codes" below). No marketing messages.
2. Opt-in. Through the Jobs Portal web form, a signed paper form or verbal consent followed by a YES reply, or by texting JOIN or ALTA to 888-856-2022. Participation is optional. Consent is not a condition of employment.
3. Frequency. Message frequency varies with your work, usually a few messages per week.
4. Cost. M&A does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt-out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, ALTO or PARAR, use "Stop texts" in the portal, or tell the office. We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing after it. Reply START to join again.
6. Help. Reply HELP or AYUDA, call 620-288-0011, or email maindustrialconstruction@gmail.com.
7. Numbers. US mobile numbers only. If you change or give up your number, tell the office so we stop texting the old one.
8. Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Important work information is also available in the Jobs Portal and by email.
9. Privacy. See our privacy policy. Your mobile number and text-message consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes. We post any change to these terms on this page with its date.
Sign-in codes
Who. Field supervisors and crew members who opted in on their own profile in the Jobs Portal (Me → "Text me at"). Owners and finance staff never get codes by text.
When. Only when you sign in to the portal: one 6-digit code per sign-in. A code expires in 15 minutes. Never share it.
From which number. Codes come from 888-430-7630, a number used only for sign-in codes. Work notices keep coming from our work-notice number.
Opt-out. Reply STOP, ALTO or PARAR to the codes number to stop codes by text; your codes then come by email. Reply START to that number to get them by text again.
Help and cost. Reply HELP or AYUDA to the codes number, or call 620-288-0011. The answers to these replies come from the codes number. M&A does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Códigos para entrar al portal (español)
Supervisores de campo y cuadrillas que se inscribieron en su propio perfil del portal (Yo → "Mándame mensajes al") reciben un código de 6 dígitos de un solo uso, solo cuando entran al portal. El código vence en 15 minutos; nunca lo compartas. Los códigos llegan desde el 888-430-7630, que solo se usa para los códigos. Contesta ALTO, PARAR o STOP a ese número para dejar de recibir los códigos por texto; entonces te llegan por correo. START para volver a recibirlos por texto. Ayuda: AYUDA o HELP a ese número, o llama al 620-288-0011. Las respuestas a estas palabras llegan desde ese número. M&A no cobra. Pueden aplicar cargos de mensajes y datos.
