Downtime is the most expensive thing in a processing plant. Our industrial mechanics assess and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment so that small problems are fixed before they stop the line, and breakdowns are repaired quickly and properly when they happen.
For planned outages and shutdowns we bring a crew sized for the window, with materials and equipment lined up in advance and a foreman who runs the work against the schedule. We also provide general industrial maintenance on a recurring basis for plants that do not carry a full maintenance staff.

Do you provide emergency repair?
Yes. Call 402-760-2037 and describe the failure. We will tell you honestly how fast a crew and the right equipment can be on site.
Can you supply a crew for a planned shutdown?
Yes. Give us the window and the scope and we plan manpower, materials and equipment so the work finishes inside the outage. Our foreman coordinates with your maintenance lead every shift.
What kind of equipment do you repair?
Conveyors, mixers, augers, pumps, structural supports, process piping, platforms and general production machinery. Specialised OEM work is coordinated with the equipment maker when needed.
Do you follow our lockout and permit procedures?
Always. Send us your site rules, lockout and permit requirements and they become part of the job plan before the crew arrives.
