What we collect
Quote requests. When you use the Request a Quote form we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your project. We use it to answer you, prepare a quote and, if we work together, to keep a record of the job.
Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical information about visits (IP address, browser, pages viewed, time). We use it to keep the site secure and working. We do not run advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
Staff portal. The Jobs Portal on this site is for M&A staff only. It uses login cookies so staff stay signed in, and it records who did what inside it. Clients who receive a quote link may be asked for a short access code; that code is checked and not stored in your browser beyond a temporary cookie.
Cookies
The public pages of this site set no tracking cookies. The staff portal sets the standard WordPress login cookies for signed-in staff, and a short-lived cookie when a client unlocks a quote link. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser.
Text messages (SMS)
If you are an M&A employee, crew member or staff member and you agree to receive work text messages, we keep your mobile number, your language, the hours you chose, and a record of your consent (date, how you agreed, the wording you agreed to, and for the portal form the IP address and browser). We also keep a record of the texts we send you and whether they were delivered, and any reply you send. We use this only to send the work notices and sign-in codes you asked for and to prove your consent. Message content is deleted after 90 days; the consent record is kept for five years after the last text.
Sign-in codes. Field supervisors and crew members who opted in on their own profile in the Jobs Portal may also get a one-time 6-digit sign-in code by text, only when they sign in. A code expires in 15 minutes; never share it. Codes come from 888-430-7630, which is used only for sign-in codes. Reply STOP (or ALTO or PARAR) to that number to stop codes by text; your codes then come by email. Reply HELP (or AYUDA) for help and START to get them by text again; the answers come from that number. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers that run this website, our email and our text messages (hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery), with our own staff who need it to serve you, and where the law requires it. Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing and are never shared with third parties.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up or to document work we performed, then deleted. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing maindustrialconstruction@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, the staff portal is protected by individual accounts and login limits, and uploaded documents are stored outside the public web folder. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with the date it took effect.
