Concrete for equipment and plant improvements
Equipment pads, foundations and concrete repairs, coordinated with the steel and equipment work.

The foundation under the machine, from the same hands that set the machine.
Concrete in a plant is rarely a job on its own. It is the foundation for a new machine, a pad for a tank, a curb in a washdown area or a repair to a floor that forklifts have pounded for years. Because the same team handles the steel, the equipment and the concrete, everything lines up and the schedule stays in one set of hands.
We form, pour and finish equipment pads and foundations, repair and replace damaged concrete, and build the concrete parts of plant improvements, working to the engineer's drawings and the plant's schedule.
- Equipment pads and foundations
- Repairs to damaged floors, curbs and walls
- Concrete for plant improvements and expansions
- Anchor bolts and embeds set to the equipment drawings

Questions we hear a lot
Straight answers before you pick up the phone.
Do you set the anchor bolts for the equipment?
Yes. Because we also set the equipment, the anchor bolts and embeds are placed to the equipment drawings and checked before the pour.
Can you repair concrete in a working plant?
Yes. We section the work, use fast-setting mixes where the plant needs the area back quickly, and keep dust and debris contained.
Do you do large slabs and building foundations?
Our focus is equipment foundations and repairs inside industrial facilities. For large building slabs we will tell you straight if it is better handled with a general concrete contractor.
