Do you fabricate in your shop or on site?
Both. Structural steel, plate, stainless and carbon steel parts are cut, formed and welded in our Atkinson shop, then delivered and installed on site by the same team. Repair welding is done on site on your equipment.
Can you work during a planned shutdown or outage?
Yes. Outage and shutdown support is a core service. Tell us the window and the scope, and we will plan manpower, materials and equipment so the work is finished inside the outage.
What does plant maintenance and repair include?
Scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective repair of production equipment, mechanical repair, pipe repair and general industrial maintenance carried out by experienced industrial mechanics and foremen.
Do you do concrete work for equipment?
Yes. Equipment pads and foundations, repairs to existing concrete and concrete for plant improvements, coordinated with the equipment installation so everything lines up.
Can you install equipment we bought from another supplier?
Yes. We set, align and integrate new or relocated equipment, conveyors and platforms with your existing lines, including the structural supports and piping connections.
