Industrial millwright services

Millwright crews that set, align and keep your production equipment running.

Services

Set right the first time. Running right after that.

Machines that are set out of level or out of alignment wear out bearings, belts and gearboxes long before their time. Our millwright crews install, set, level and align production equipment so it starts up smoothly and keeps running, and they bring the same care to repairs on equipment that is already in service.

We work on conveyors, bucket elevators, augers, mixers, pumps, fans and drives in meat, pet food, ethanol and soybean plants. Shop support in Atkinson lets us fabricate bases, guards and brackets for the job, and the same crew stays through startup until the equipment runs the way it should.

  • Equipment installation, setting and leveling
  • Shaft alignment of motors, gearboxes and drives
  • Bearing, gearbox and coupling replacement
  • Conveyor and bucket elevator work
  • Startup support with the same crew

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Straight answers before you pick up the phone.

What equipment do your millwrights work on?

Conveyors, bucket elevators, augers, mixers, pumps, fans, drives and general production machinery. If it turns, moves product or has to be aligned, we can help.

Can you install new equipment and get it running?

Yes. We set, level and align the equipment, make the mechanical connections and stay through startup. Work that needs the manufacturer is coordinated with them.

Do you do repairs as well as new installations?

Yes. Bearing and gearbox changes, realignment after a failure and replacement of worn components are a regular part of our work in running plants.

Do you follow our lockout and safety procedures?

Always. Send us your site rules, lockout and permit requirements and they become part of the job plan before the crew arrives.
